William Glen Peel

May 26, 1969 - June 17, 2017

William Glen Peel, 48, of Shell Point, died in a diving accident and was lost at sea on June 17, 2017. He was a native of Ft. Walton Beach and moved to Wakulla County 20 years ago. Glen was an avid fisherman, hunter, shooter, loved diving and was a FSU sports fan. Survivors include his wife Alicia Tatum Peel, mother Ann Scroggins (Charles), father Donnie Peel (Linda), grandmother Mary Mitchell, mother-in-law Mary Ann Tatum, 3 step children Aaren Cassidy (Matthew), Ashley Clack (Robert) & Ryan Reyna (Nicole), brother Donald Scott Peel (Samantha), 2 step brothers Jeff Scroggins (Dorys) & Tommy Scroggins (Deborah), 2 step sisters Jennifer Scroggins (Billy) & Melissa Bumpers (Tracy), 2 nephews Stephen Scott Peel & Tyler Tatum, 2 brother-in-laws Tim Tatum & Ricky Tatum and 4 grandchildren Ava Dean, Kaleb, Carsyn & Colton. A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, July 1, 2017, 10:00 am, in the Recreational Pavilion at the Paradise Village pool in Shell Point. Arrangements are under the care of Skip Young with Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services. 850-926-5919 Familyfhc.com Family & friends are invited to Wakulla Springs for lunch, in the Lodge at 1:00 pm. It will follow the Memorial Service on Saturday, July 1st. At the entrance to the Park, state that you are with the Peel Memorial.
