Larry Lee Cook Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Larry Lee Cook, 68, of Crawfordville died January 12, 2017. He was a United Sates Navy Veteran and retired Law Enforcement Officer with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, with over 30 years of service. He owned and operated Lost Creek Christmas Tree Farm for 15-20 years. In 1999, he and his family were awarded the Wakulla County Outstanding Farm Family of the Year. He had a love for the outdoors, especially for gardening. He enjoyed sharing the gifts of his garden with his family, friends and neighbors. Larry is survived by his loving wife Phyllis Cook of forty two years, three daughters Jennifer Cook Langston (Scott), Janet Cook Dinkelman (Alex) & Natalie Littlefield, six grandchildren Kolten & Murphy Langston, Saunder & Ashtin Dinkelman and Samuel & Sadie Littlefield, one brother Gary Cook, two sisters Sharon Cook Smith (Skip) & Nanci Watkins (Butch) and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Emmett & Elaine Cook. Family will receive friends Monday, January 16, 2017, 5:00-7:00 pm at Family Funeral Home 84 Ochlockonee St, Crawfordville. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2017, 11:00 am at Crawfordville First Baptist Church, with burial service to follow at Arran Annex Cemetery.
