She has lived in Crawfordville for 16 years and was employed at Riversprings Middle School, where she taught 6th, 7th & 8th graders Reading, History & Civics. She was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her husband Robert Bird, and 2 sons Alexander Bird & Jeffery Bird. There is no Memorial Service planned at this time.
