Donnie Ray Boutin Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Donnie Ray Boutin, 70, of Crawfordville, Florida, passed peacefully on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in Tallahassee, Florida. Donnie was born on January 25, 1951 in Lafayette, Louisiana to Athalie Cormier Boutin and Hilden Jean Boutin Sr. He had ten siblings and was number two of ten boys and one girl. He loved his family and shared many good memories of growing up in Louisiana in the Lafayette, Henderson, and Beaux Bridge areas. As an adult he relocated to Florida and was a master carpenter. Donnie loved woodwork and was always crafting something from wood. He loved living in Wakulla and being outdoors in nature. He loved good Louisiana food and frequented the Ouzts’ Oyster Bar. He is survived by his wife, Chrissy Lee Boutin, son Jared Larson (wife Shannon), daughters, Stephanie Larson Mainer (husband Ricky), and Taylor Boutin. Grandsons, Tyler Larson, Phillip Leslie, Jackson Larson and twin granddaughters, Nevaeh Michelle Williams, and Naomie Grace Williams. One great-granddaughter, Eliza Larson. Brothers, Hilden Jean Boutin, Jr., Claude Martin Boutin, Dale Patrick Boutin (wife Linda), Anthony Joseph Boutin, Lynn Mark Boutin (wife Melba), Marcel Antoine Boutin (wife Sheryl), Terry James Boutin (wife Sue), and Chad Paul Boutin. Sister, Mona Lee Boutin Voorhies (husband, Eddie). In addition, he leaves behind a congregation of nieces, nephews, friends, and family. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ferrell Jean Boutin. There will be a private memorial service for the family at a later date. Skip and Trey Young are assisting the family.
