Donna Jean Newman Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Donna Jean Newman, 82, of Woodville, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at home with her loving family. She was a native of Miami, Florida and lived in Woodville for 57 years, where she raised and cared for her family. Donna was employed as a Caregiver to many, and this was her life, unselfish, caring, giving anything away as long as she met a need for others. She was active in the community and at the Senior Center. Once again meeting needs for others and showing generosity wherever she was. Donna loved Florida State football and working in her yard, she always loved being outside. Her grandchildren will have lifetime memories of all the parades they attended. Her greatest love was her family, but she truly loved animals and especially her four dogs. Donna will be remembered for the respect and love she had for the United States of America. Survivors include her children Wade Waff and wife Kristi, Ward Waff and wife Christy & Dorothy Waff, sisters Pat Ward and husband Bill & Linda Giddens and husband Jimmy, 5 grandchildren Caleb Waff, Clayton Waff, Hunter Waff, Heather Sheridan & Mandi Smith and 4 great grandchildren Athyns, Averie, Caden & Hadley. Predeceased by her husband Franklin Newman. Memorial Service will be Saturday, January 22, 2022, 11:00 am at Family Funeral Home in Harvey Young Chapel. Skip and Trey Young are assisting the family.
