- Transportation within 50 miles from place of death to Crematory
- Basic cremation container
- Notification to Social Security Administration
- Obtaining required authorizations and permits
- Filing of death certificate with the Bureau of Vital Statistics
- Cremation performed by a certified technician
- Return of cremains in a temporary urn
- Online Memorial Tribute and Death Notice provided to the Tallahassee Democrat
- If the Medical Examiner fee is required add $47.00
